1. Using search box, locate the product to order.
2. Scroll to size options, select size you need, then click "Add to Order."
3. "Continue" to add more products to your order, following steps 1-2 until you have selected all the products needed.
4. Click "CHECK OUT" to process your order.
5. Select the shipping method via FREIGHT SERVICE. Please note: 2nd Air applies only to room temperature products shipped within the U.S..
6. Next you need to SIGN IN, or LOG IN if a new customer. REMINDER: username = email address, password=password you assigned. If you forgot your password you can contact info@Caspases.com or complete a new registration.
7. Select payment method (PO# or Credit Card).
NOTE: Purchase orders are only accepted for existing customers with previously established credit limits. If you cannot provide credit card, contact Caspases.com directly to discuss other payment option including wire transfer, COD, etc.
Confirmation will be displayed and emailed to you. This confirmation outlines the order as keyed by you. You will be updated w/in 24 hrs by our order dept with shipping details or if there are any questions regarding your order. If you do not receive shipping confirmation from Caspases.com within 24hrs of processing your order, please contact our office at 858-452-9925.

Caspases.com (the Seller) warrants, to the original purchaser only, that the products listed in the catalog conform to the composition and purity described therein at the time of their shipment. Purchaser's sole remedy for failure to meet this warranty shall be replacement of the unused portion of the product, or at the Seller's option, refund of the purchase price provided that the purchaser returns the alleged nonconforming product within 30 days of the receipt of the product. Returns will not be accepted unless written authorization has been obtained from Caspases.com. All returns are subject to a 25 % restocking charge. The Seller makes no other warranty, expressed or implied, including any implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose or of merchantability. In no case shall the Seller assume any responsibility for the use or handling of the product or any liability for consequential, special, indirect or incidental damages resulting there from.
Shipments within the US are via standard next day service, shipments outside the US are via courier, international priority status.
Orders shipped to a California address will be subject to appropriate California sales tax. If you are a Tax Exempt organization, then you must provide Caspases.com a copy of your Tax Exempt Certificate.
